well.. finally.. able to calmly sit down and think back some memories in almost a month? hmm... kinda tons of things had happen.. sadly forgotten some...
hmm.. since holiday started, i hve been busy none stop for numerous things.. the major thing is the nea competition.. woah... wonderful memories.. let me kinda start off with the process.. we spent almost about 2 weeks to prepare for the competition.. failed tremedously on serveral occasions.. initial idea of a pendulum thingy failed.. which kinda clearly shown linkage between factors which causes environmental sustainability.. something i learn about it is that newton's craddle will only work efficiently if the collision materials are made of solid metal, no hollow space and many relavent knowlege.. despite this failure, our team, of course including our lecturer, a very nice guy, we came out with an superb idea.. a manual gear model.. if any of anyone have chat with me via msn, you would hve notice our gear model.. kinda nice... the idea is basically about people which gives a driving force to different factors which results to environmental sustainability.. cool idea isnt it.. and because of this, superb model and a superb tatic of running the "amazing race", our team won 1st in the competition... gosh... the scene whereby we were waiting for the results to be annonouced..our hearts, especially mine, where pumping like 200 beats per min? and finally when our team name was annoouced.. we shouted like crazy hounds... woah.. finally our 2 weeks effort did pay off.. looking back at the model, our joys, sorrows, anger, despair.. thats what it contains.. luckily i managed to snap a few photos of the model.. but 1 sad thing is that team bio didnt win the competition and rumoured due to some reason... their work is equally nice and the amount of effort put in is defintely not lesser than us.. gosh.. its a real pity..
after the competition, we went off to pasta mania to celebrate.. everyone has the smiles hanging on their face.. especially the lecturer in-charge.. mr lim.. gosh.. the way he smile.. is a smile i hve yet to see from him before.. the smile contains... hmm.. i cant seems to find a word to phrase it.. its like heavenly happiness.. in chinese it like almost "an(1) wei(4)".. we hve tons of fun there.. played games i hve yet to play before.. well.. thru this event, friendship were bonded.. which i treasures alot.. great man... Oh ya.. and there is another celebration on the following monday.. its a pizza + kfc meal.. oh gosh.. SO FULL... ate kinda alot though.. opps.. haha.. well really wanna thanks those lecturer who gave us a treat.. especially mr lim... who paid close to $200 for the pasta mania treat.. imagine 15pax at pasta mania..? woah.... and really feel gratitude towards mr lim...
hmm.. and one of the fridays.. we had club meeting.. hmm.. as usual.. meeting is always something im looking forward too.. really nice to see events been annouced and humourous happenings during the meeting.. truthfully.. right from the 1st meeting, i've kinda looking forward to these monthly meetings.. its like its the only time during studying semester, im able to put aside studies and relax.. haii.. sadly.. the meeting is the last 2nd meeting... well.. good things end fast.. really enjoyed the club's company.. never once really feel not happy with their company.. always filled with fun and laughter.. though there are some occasions where i kinda felt left out at the starting stage where im not really bonded with them yet... hmm.. after the meeting, we went for lunch.. Luch! whereby results were slowly released via sms.. hmm.. looking at their anxious, happy, undelighted look.. makes me much more worry for my results.. fortunately i didnt apple for sms... hmm.. happy for friends whom had scored nice results or up to their expectations.. but pls do not despair if its not up to your expectations.. their's always a 2nd chance to do well... erm.. easy to tell to others but cant really believe it myself.. after which we went to play pool.. woah.. 3rd time playing pool.. haha got to learn the tatics and learnt how to jump ball.. which another friend told me its called "foxy".. hmm.. finally.. i hve learned how to play pool.. which results to my addiction to pool.. oh ya.. they really gd at pool.. pro.. hahaha even the ladies too.. hopefully will get to hang out with them more in the future...
hmm.. recently.. another competition for me.. its about designing a safet helmet.. gosh.. of all things.. my creativity seems to be the poorest.. and yet i hve to design one.. sighz... hve to use photoshop etc to draw pictues etc... how to juggle so much task man... moreover my DRP hve started.. this research thingy really wear me out.. and it also explains why i am not been able to record down my memories.. everyday 9am-6pm stuck in the lab... facing numerous standards.. chemicals.. solvent.. pipettes.. beakers.. volumetric flaskS.. samples.. chinese herbs.. SOAP due to tons of washing.. you name it all!! got stuck with HPLC system.. mobile phases.. sample.. injection.. kinda drive my head upside down.. gosh... but strangely.. i kinda like it.. contradicting though.. wonder if my future life would be like this too... hahaha now i understand why researchers are sooo eccentric(did i spell i right? i seriously doubt so).. all they talk to is just nothing more than plants.. cells.. beakers.. etc.. hahaha.. well.. i do talk to plant in my previous DRP.. hahaha cool right? i can speak plant language.. @%%%%@#$#@$!$#@... doubt anyone can understand wat i've jus said.. i hve jus spoken plantnese aka plant language( the

erm.. this post doubt would be longer than the previous ones.. kinda forget some of the detailed happenings during these periods.. else...... hahaha.. hmm.. my skin looks kinda ugly.. songs boring too.. might be changing it soon if i hve the time.. OH YA... if anyone has adobe photoshop.. can lend me? need to explore that.. thanks alot...
